Accessibility statement

Our commitment to making this website usable by as many people as possible.

Our target

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to navigate it using a keyboard, use it with a screen reader, zoom text to 200% and view it on a small screen without losing content.

Current status

The website was redesigned in October 2026 with accessibility built into its components, including a skip link, consistent headings and landmarks, visible focus indicators, labelled form fields with error summaries, and colour contrast chosen to meet WCAG AA.

We have not yet completed a full independent accessibility evaluation, so we do not claim full conformance. We will update this statement with the scope, date and results once that evaluation has taken place.

Known issues

We are not currently aware of specific accessibility issues. If you find one, please tell us.

Feedback and assistance

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in a different format, email info@riaconsult.co.uk. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use, if any.
